Beykush Winery Pinot Noir 2022 
Vines are planted in two different plots, harvested by hand and vinified separately. Wine has been aged in a steel and French oak barrels for 24 months. Produced only in exceptional years. Complex aromas, it starts, like any spectacular show, with a light smoke aroma, followed by dried cherries and other berry luxuries. It tastes like strawberries with liquorice and mulberry, which melts in your mouth, and a little pepper to balance the berries.
Food pairing: Pairs well with baked duck or rabbit stew, but is excellent also on its own

Biologist Odesa Black 2023
Dry red wine crafted from the local Ukrainian grape variety, Odesa Black. Aged for 12 months in oak barrels. This wine features an extraordinary aroma of black berries with hints of mulberry and notes of smoke. Its intense tannic taste carries noticeable undertones of ageing and dried fruits.
Food Pairing: Best paired with red meat dishes such as steaks, ribs, various types of ham, and smoked meats
