SHIPPING

All orders to Mainland UK are processed within 1-2 working days, with the aim to deliver within 2-5 working days. If you need an order urgently, please do get in touch at info@uawines.co.uk

Although we do our best to avoid any delays, there are sometimes delays due to high volumes or delivery service problems that are out of our control. If we expect your order will be delayed, we will let you know as soon as possible.

SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free delivery on all orders over £150. A flat delivery charge of £10 applies to small orders (up to three items) within Mainland UK. A flat delivery charge of £15 applies to all other orders within Mainland UK.

All shipping within Mainland UK is sent using Royal Mail, which generally requires a signature upon delivery, unless alternative arrangements are made. As this order contains alcohol, our delivery partners may request proof of age upon delivery. Please ensure someone aged 18 or over is available to receive the order.
