Two Shades of Orange

Two orange wines from Beykush Winery, both made from Rkatsiteli on Ukraine's Black Sea coast, in two very different styles.

Amphora Rkatsitely 2024: fermented on skins and aged six months in clay amphora. White flowers, garden herbs, Earl Grey tea, beeswax and quince. Great with curries and spicy Asian dishes.

Arbina 2022: made using the technique of red wines and aged 27 months. Juicy pineapple, chamomile honey and a hint of pepper. Pairs with risotto, grilled fish and aged cheeses.
