Notes: Non-filtered wine. Hand picking, natural fermentation on the skin for 24 days, manual pigeage three times a day, manual squeezing. Only 2160 bottles were made from 3260 kg of grapes. Aroma: Bulgarian rose, white flowers, fruit marmalade.
Taste: soft, with a slight hint of honey, dried fruit and acidity.
