This Orange Blend is sourced from Ukraine's premier organic and biodynamic winery, Biologist. Amber unfiltered dry wine, the result of exciting experiment with four grape varieties: Chardonnay, Aligote, Traminer and Sukholimanskiy. Orange Blend boasts a rich aroma of exotic fruits and a flavour profile that includes hints of ripe citrus.
The wine is crafted with wild yeast and undergoes spontaneous fermentation
