This fine wine has a velvety aroma of multifaceted with dominant tones of ageing (smoke and sap), with pronounced tones of red and black currant, with hints of vanilla and coffee.

Wine is produced by fermentation technology with whole berries in oak vinificators which are made of hundred of years of oak, and aged for 9 months in new French barriques with ceramic firing.​ The potential of ageing in the bottle: 7–9 years from the vintage year

Food Pairing: this wine combines perfectly with any meat dishes, lamb, pork as well as hot salads, aged cheeses, etc.

Outstanding

Excellent balance, good acidity and high but smooth, rounded and well integrated tannins; full bodied prunes, dried figs, vanilla, multi-layered with still some primary black fruits showing. Outstanding quality and excellent value for this classic Bordeaux style wine.

Decent Bordeaux style wine

The overall style is like a good Bordeaux wine. Mix of dark berries at the start with a bold blackcurrant at the finish. Decent level of oak and vanilla.
