The wine is made by the traditional method (méthode traditionnelle) with ageing sur lie in bottles no less than 3 years. Bisser – Blanc de Blancs – is a classical brut from Chardonnay grapes from Kolonist vineyards. Degorgage is made manually.
This wine has refreshing and crisp taste with sweet aftertaste. Subtle aroma of wine has notes of brioche and butter, cream and vanilla, toasted bread crusts.
Food Pairing: It is recommended to serve as an aperitif. Wine is perfectly combined with oysters and caviar

Have drunk these before and will continue re-order as they are all lovely. The lovely light sparkling Bisser, the deep full bodied Odesa Black and the extraordinary orange wine, the latter sadly out of stock.
I had the triple sparklers. Both the white and rosé Chizays were very pleasant whilst the Kolonist Bisser in my opinion is as sophisticated as a Moët at a fraction of the price. I hope that Ukraine has reason to celebrate with these soon
