Grande Vallee Cabernet 2024

This dry red wine has a refined, complex taste with perfect balance. The aroma reveals notes of dark chocolate, ripe cherries, blackberries, tobacco, leather and jam in combination with woody-earthy shades. Well-integrated alcohol levels, weighty but pleasant tannins. Elegant wine with a long, pleasant, slightly astringent aftertaste. 

Food Pairing: excellent for fried meat, mushroom beef stroganoff and aged cheeses
