Biologist Aligote Crisp
Ukrainian Aligoté – fresh, mineral and delicate. It features a pronounced and vibrant aroma of blackcurrant, grapefruit, and passion fruit, complemented by balanced acidity and a nice body. It will be an excellent addition to dishes with creamy and oil-based sauces: grilled white fish, baked salmon, tuna, mussels, roasted chicken and turkey.

Biologist Sukholimanskiy 2022
This wine is made from local Ukrainian grape variety Suholimansky. It displays a light golden colour, achieved through 10 days of cold maceration and 12 months of ageing in barrels, allowing the wine to unveil its depth and vibrancy.
The aroma blends dried white fruits and meadow herbs, creating a unique bouquet of scents. With an excellent balance of acidity and harmony, the taste transitions into a long and rounded aftertaste. This wine is an excellent complement to fresh salads, soft cheese, grilled vegetables, shellfish, and fish dishes.

Beykush Amphora Riesling 2022
Riesling is a common grape variety in the Black Sea Region. This wine has fermented on the berry skins in 250 litres of Italian amphoras and has aged for about 5 months. The aroma has wild flowers and fruits, the taste has hints of apples, apricots, kiwi and citrus fruits. This wine is a wonderful apéritif and pairs well with seafood and poultry.

Stakhovsky Wines "Traminer W" 2022
White dry wine Traminer W from former tennis star and now military Sergiy Stakhovsky. The wine has aromas of white flowers, citrus and tropical fruits are accompanied by a bouquet of ripe peach, saffron, green tea and Asian spices. This wine is an excellent complement to fresh salads, soft cheese, shellfish and sushi.

Stakhovsky Wines Traminer Orange 2022
Following hand-picking, fermentation on the skins for 24 days with indigenous yeast in small (2 ton) stainless steel open-top fermenters with manual punch downs three times per day, resulting in a wine with an orange hue. Bottled unfiltered. On the nose there are notes of white flowers, citrus, and tropical fruits. On the palate, ripe peaches, a hint of honey and notes of Asian spices lead to a bright finish. This wine pairs well with roasted fish or shellfish, as well as goes very well with Asian cuisine.

Frumushika-Nova Muscat Ottonel
Dry white natural wine from Muscat Ottonel grapes. The colour is light golden. This wine has a fruity aroma with pronounced notes of citrus, peach and pineapple. A wine with an excellent balance of acidity, rounded, harmonious. This wine goes well with salads, appetizers, fish and poultry.
