Chizay Furmint Late Harvest 2022

Furmint Late Harvest is made from Furmint grapes that remained on the vine longer, allowing the noble Botrytis cinerea mold to develop. This process enriched the wine with aromas and flavors of citrus, ripe quince, juicy peach, pear, raisins, and honey. A late-harvest wine masterfully crafted by our winemaker Zoltan using a special technique, achieving a perfect balance of characteristic sweetness and bright acidity.
