Carpathian Sects are local sparkling wines from Transcarpathia. The sparkling rosé wine brut Carpathian Sekt Blaufrankisch is crafted from the unique Blaufränkisch grapes, which grow exclusively in the vineyards of Chateau Chizay, making it distinctive to Ukraine.
This sparkling wine boasts a delicate powdery colour with lively and persistent bubbles.
The aroma is subtle, complementing the colour, with hints of seasonal flowers such as peonies and roses.
The taste is fresh and soft, not overly strict as a brut. In the aftertaste, the essence of red flowers blossoms once again.

A lovely, deliciously dry, fruity, creamy and delightfully drinkable sparkling rosé from a part of the world, which may be less familiar to oenophiles, namely, the uplands of Western Ukraine.
If you have never tried this rosé before then hang on no further. I thoroughly recommend you try it and you ought not to be disappointed.
However, if you have enjoyed drinking it before today, then all further comment on my part is superfluous as I am inevitably preaching to a convert. 🤗
