Biologist Renaissance 2024

Experience the unique flavours of white wine from Biologist, the first Ukrainian winery dedicated to biodynamic practices. This wine is made from Aligoté and Chardonnay grape varieties, boasting a golden-straw hue and aged for 12 months in oak barrels.

The wine emanates a rich and vibrant aroma, with subtle notes of vanilla, ripe white fruits such as quince, apple, pear, all intertwined with hints of elderflower blossoms.

A marvellously balanced taste with a silky texture unfolds flavours of mature stone fruits, citrus, and excellent acidity, endowing the wine with considerable ageing potential.
