This Aligote Crisp has a transparent, pale yellow hue. Crafted from Aligoté grapes, it presents a distinct and lively scent of blackcurrant, grapefruit, and passion fruit, accompanied by well-balanced acidity and a pleasing body. The finish is extended and refined, blending with ripe undertones.

Food Pairing: wine will be an excellent addition to dishes with creamy and oil-based sauces: grilled white fish, baked salmon, tuna, mussels, roasted chicken and turkey, spaghetti.
