Yafe Nahar is a rare Black Sea blend of Chardonnay and Riesling from family owned winery Beykush. The wine is lively, juicy and tastes like apple in honey. The wine has the aroma of a bouquet of flowers. Chardonnay makes the wine creamy and Riesling spicy, but a mix of the two varieties creates a refreshing and truly extraordinary wine. Yafe Nagar (Beautiful River in Hebrew) aged for two years in a barrel of French oak, but at the same time blows space and sea freshness.
