Albarinho is synonymous with freshness, citrus and lush herbs. But wine has a special character when a delicate, creamy taste softens all this audacity. As in this white wine — here and the sea spirit, and passion fruit, and a gentle pear mousse. The bold Galician character at Cape Beykush harmonized and only benefited from it.
