One of the best versions of Odesa Black - local Ukrainian variety. The wine has a rich and dark maroon colour. The aroma is full of prunes, berry jam, peppers and dark chocolate. The taste is exciting and complex, with notes of oak (6 months in oak barrels), chocolate, but also forest fruits such as blackberries.
Food Pairing: This wine pairs best with lamb prepared in wine with spices and red spicy pepper, or in its own juice.
